By browsing the website or making a reservation, you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

3. BOOKING PROCESS AND PRICES

• Rates: The prices shown are in Euros (€), include VAT at the legal rate in force and may vary depending on dates, typologies and occupancy.
• City Taxes: included.
• Confirmation: The reservation is only considered valid and guaranteed after the issuance of a confirmation receipt sent to the user’s email.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• Guarantee: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the booking.
• Accepted Methods: We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, ATM Reference, MB WAY.
• Non-Refundable Rates: The total amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking and there will be no refund in case of cancellation or no-show.
• Flexible Rates: Payment will be made according to the conditions mentioned in the booking confirmation.

6. STAY RULES

• The hotel is not responsible for typing errors made by the user in the booking process.
• The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings left in the rooms or common areas, unless stored in the central safe at reception upon receipt.
